During a conversation with Chief Maria in 2021, we were discussing what’s next for her community. You could feel her smile and enthusiasm behind her Covid-19 mask as she shared her hope with us for what’s next: a new netball court for the girls! We worked with a local welder in Kasungu to build the steel poles with hoops at the top. Next up, netballs, cement, and a bag of lime to mark the court.
